What should I bring onboard for a weekly yacht charter?
Essentials:
- Official Travelling documents ( ID or passport)
- Soft luggage (avoid hard suitcases for space reasons)
- Light clothes, swimsuits, flip-flops, and deck shoes
- Hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen
- Lightweight jacket for cooler nights
- Provisioning
- Toiletries and any personal medications
- Phone charger, power bank
- Travel adapter (Greece uses Type C & F plugs)
Optional but useful:
- Snorkeling gear (some yachts include this)
- Water shoes for rocky beaches
- Beach towels (check if provided)
- Entertainment (books, music, games)
- Cash for small expenses (many islands don’t accept cards everywhere)
Is transportation to the marina Included?
Transportation to the marina is not included, but we’ll be happy to assist you with transfers upon request. Just let us know your arrival details in advance.

What is covered by the final cleaning fee/ charter pack?
The final cleaning is charged as an extra and includes:
- Cleaning service after disembarkation
- Bed linen and one set of towels per person
- First and last night’s mooring fees at the base marina
- One gas bottle for cooking
This is paid at base during check-in
What expenses are not included in the charter price?
Unless otherwise agreed, the following are paid by the charterer:
- Fuel
- Provisions (We reccomend doing your own provisioning upon arrival, depending on destinations)
- Mooring/marina fees on destinations
- Skipper or crew fees (if applicable)
- Crew meals (You can either include them in your onboard meals or cover their meals ashore.)
- Security deposit or damage waiver insurance
