I, the visitor of the AQUATROTTERS website, provide my express consent, according to the EU Regulation 2016/679(GDPR) for the processing of Personal Data (PDD) that I provided to you and your authorized employees or partners, in my requirements form or in the application for insurance or in any other way – e.g. by e-mail, fax, etc. – by forwarding these to your partner or to an insurance company for the inclusion of my needs in a homogeneous category of risks with a calculation of the appropriate and proportionate for insurance premium and for the assumption of the risk, the correct and smooth functioning of my insurance policy as well as my compensation, for proposing new insurance products, updating my insurance, compiling a profile, for research and social decency purposes and all this with the observance of electronic or paper file having been informed by you of my rights as a subject of the GDPR (access, information , correction, limitation of the purpose of keeping, deletion, forgetting, notice of opposition, etc.) The maintenance of the file will last for any insurance of me and our cooperation in any way.
4. Consent to processing resumes
I provide my express consent, according to the EU Regulation 2016/679(GDPR) for the processing of Personal Data (PDD) that I provided to you and your authorized employees, with my CV that I sent you, to keep and you process them for the purpose of evaluating this CV and examining the possibility of professional cooperation with the data subjects. The sender of the CV/candidate has the right to receive, upon his written request and in accordance with the conditions set by the Personal Data Protection Authority, the data concerning him personally or to raise any reasonable objections, in accordance with what is defined in articles 12 and 13 of Law 2472/1997. The sending of a CV by the
candidate implies that the candidate has been informed of the above, to which he consents

AQUATROTTERS allows site users to correct and update their personal details and information at any time or deactivate their registration. To carry out one of the above actions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and the administrator will immediately stop the collection of this personal data and permanently delete what has been collected
